The book in question is a memoir of my progress as a runner from evacuation days, via seven years at the old School, RAF National service, Loughborough College, RI and PT teacher at Maghull, and Quarry Bank, doing my running along the way. I'll forward details of my running days. I'm doing a sort of launch at the Liverpool Harriers HQ on Wednesday 21st July, 7 (drinks) for 7.30pm. Books available (£15) ON THE NIGHT.
