Redevelopment of former prep school for Collegiate

This is SANDHEYS on Mill Lane opposite St James Church. It was part of Holly Lodge School and in previous years had been the prep school for Collegiate. In fact some Old Boys started their education in this house.
For the last few years the restoration of the building had stalled and proposed plans are welcomed after the delay.
