It is with a very heavy heart that I write to inform you of the passing of Harry Johnson who was a regular attendee at both the COB Annual Dinners & the Artist Club Lunches.

 Although Harry was the oldest of our Table Regulars (1946 to 1952 I believe) I had known Harry for well over 45 years as we both live(d) in the village of Newburgh & together with Martin Voller are members of Douglas Valley Lions Club.

An all round Sportsman who at the age 87 was still running & cycling regularly, Harry was our Club Welfare Officer & still very committed to helping those less fortunate than himself.

He bore his lifelong support of Everton FC with real fortitude & was never jealous of we Liverpudlians …... or so he would say !

A real loss to his Family, Friends, & Lions International.
